At my age my hormones are definitely a lot lower than they were when I was in my 20s. Just had my blood drawn and scheduled my follow up telehealth appointment to review the results next week. Staff (Christina and Brooke) were lovely and super helpful. The office is so modern and nice and clean and the location in downtown Chula Vista is amazing with easy public parking super close. Amazing facility!

Also, Doc is excellent at explaining everything, including the results and the best course of action for getting and staying healthy. It’s clear that his top priorities are safety and measurable results. To sum it all up, everyone who works here is a professional and behaves as such that's why i recommend it.

Did the Semaglutide B12 when it was available and lost over 60 pounds. The customer service here is amazing. They give you protein to go with some sports drinks. It’s a cute little care package! Their prices are also very affordable compared to other places!

I had a fantastic experience from the front desk as well as Dr. Brian Trainer. Dr. Trainer was extremely intelligent about blood disorders. I was actually referred to him by my oncologist. I highly recommend this place especially Dr. Trainer. He read all the labs and ordered two more after the supplement he gave me. I definitely started feeling better with more energy as well as more hope right away as I was feeling hopeless.
They give a veteran discount which was very helpful and not only I joined and became a member. As a member, you can utilize 40° ice bath, red light therapy, as well as a O2 hyperbaric chamber.
He realized what I was going through and he booked me that day, and I actually think it was his lunch break.

my first phone call appointment after blood lab : missed by them
second one : missed by them again so i called them back and had it that day lately.
after my appointment, i didnt get my lab thru email bc my email adress was wrong, so i called, corrected it and asked them to send it again. Of course they said yes, and guess what, days have passed and still I ve got nothing lol
